Are your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. We source all our products directly from authorized distributors and brands in South Korea to ensure every item is 100% genuine and fresh.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. Express options are available at checkout for next-day delivery on orders placed before 2 PM.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries across Europe and North America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I check the expiry date of my products?
Korean products usually display the manufacture date (제조) or the expiration date (까지). Most skincare products have a shelf life of 30 months unopened and 12 months after opening.
